American crime labs are under-staffed, under-funded, and don’t have the latest computers and equipment to process evidence.  This is cause for serious concern for forensic science because it effects how criminal cases are handled and ultimately results in criminals remaining at large.  For more information click on the Crime Lab Project image above or simply click here.
